Lalit - Fireflies

This illustration takes me around 15 hours to get finished. x______x
But I'm happy with the result !

Lalit is an Azraôn, an original specie created by Eaxyr and I.
He's a dominated and King's soothsayer, and obey specifically to Skaerin. He's also the "mother" of Tamn, Prince and Skaerin's son.


Azraôns are one of the first races of the Creation, just after the angels. They are bound to the darkness and animals, so God asked to the angels to kill them. The entire race was destroyed, except a small group led by Skaerin, who knew they couldn't win. They ran aways into the Hell, than under the Hell's ground when Lucifer/Azazyel and his companions fell.

It's a exclusively male appearence race. Each Azraôn can carry a child, but they are fertile only when they want it, and both parent breast-feed their child. They all have an animal part, and can take a human form, a animal form and an infinite number of hybrid forms.

The society is based on strength. There are two castes, dominant and dominated, who are like slaves. They prefer physical strenght to magic, even if there is some powerful magicians. Magicians can be recognized by lines on their entire body.
